1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to BattleTrack6. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, team members, and premium subscribers.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To use BattleTrack6, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Link a valid EA (Electronic Arts) account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your EA account information is accurate

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use BattleTrack6 to:

• Track your Battlefield 6 Battle Royale statistics
• Create and manage teams
• Participate in events and tournaments
• Upload and share match videos (with proper attribution)
• Compete on leaderboards
• Connect with other players

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Create false or misleading accounts
• Manipulate statistics or leaderboard rankings
• Upload fraudulent match results
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Share offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Violate EA's Terms of Service or game rules
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to manipulate the platform
• Impersonate other users or staff members
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

3.3 Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Removal from leaderboards and events
• Loss of premium subscription without refund
• Legal action for severe violations

4. Data Scraping and Automated Access

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Without express written permission, you may NOT:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
• Systematically download or copy user profiles, statistics, or leaderboards
• Create mirrors or derivative databases from our content
• Bypass rate limits or access restrictions
• Use extracted data for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer our APIs or data structures
• Aggregate or republish our data on other platforms

4.2 API Access and Rate Limits

If you require programmatic access to BattleTrack6 data:

• Contact us at api@battletrack6.com to request API access
• All API usage must comply with rate limits and usage guidelines
• Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement
• We reserve the right to block or throttle excessive requests

4.3 Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of our anti-scraping policy will result in:

• Immediate IP ban and account termination
• Legal action for damages and injunctive relief
• Reporting to relevant authorities for CFAA violations (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act)
• Pursuit of monetary damages for server costs and data theft

5. Teams and Match Management

5.1 Team Ownership

As a team owner, you are responsible for:

• Managing team members and permissions
• Ensuring uploaded matches are legitimate
• Maintaining team branding (logos, banners) that comply with our content policy
• Handling disputes within your team

5.2 Match Uploads

When uploading matches:

• You must provide accurate statistics (kills, participants)
• Video evidence should be from legitimate sources (YouTube, Twitch, Medal.tv)
• Fraudulent match uploads may result in match rejection and account penalties
• All uploads are subject to admin review and approval

5.3 Session Tracking

When using session tracking:

• Sessions automatically fetch your stats every 10 minutes
• Pro/Premium users can manually refresh with rate limits
• All session participants must have valid EA accounts linked
• Stats are tracked via official EA/Battlefield APIs

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Tiers

BattleTrack6 offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic stats tracking and team features
• Pro: Manual session updates, advanced analytics
• Premium: All Pro features plus priority support and exclusive features

6.2 Billing and Renewals

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

6.3 Free Trial and Promotions

• Free trials may be offered at our discretion
• Promotional pricing is subject to terms specified at signup
• Abuse of trials or promotions may result in account termination

7. Events and Tournaments

7.1 Participation

When participating in events:

• You must meet all event requirements (team size, skill level, etc.)
• You agree to follow event-specific rules
• Prize distribution is at our sole discretion
• Cheating or rule violations result in disqualification

7.2 Buy-In Events

• Some events may require entry fees
• Entry fees are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation
• Prize pools are based on total entries minus platform fees

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

BattleTrack6 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

When you upload content (videos, images, team logos):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform
• You represent that you have the right to share this content
• You agree not to upload copyrighted material without permission

8.3 Battlefield and EA

Battlefield 6, EA, and related trademarks are property of Electronic Arts Inc. BattleTrack6 is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by EA.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

BattleTrack6 is provided "AS IS" without warranties:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Stats may be delayed or inaccurate due to EA API limitations
• Features may be modified or discontinued at any time
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (EA, Stripe, etc.)

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BattleTrack6 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, stats, or account access
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Disputes between users or teams
• Prize fulfillment delays or issues

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination:

• Your subscription will be cancelled (no refunds)
• Your personal data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• Public stats may remain anonymized for leaderboard integrity

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the platform or other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Extended inactivity

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of BattleTrack6 after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
